Today we walked to the gym, and it was around 3,22 km (2 miles) and then we workout at the gym about 40 min. So yeah that was the workout for today and it was fun, but we where kind of tired so we hope we can be more active on the next workout!

  • Water in general is good for you because it helps you lose weight and staying hydrated,it’s also good because it can reduce wrinkles, but don’t drink TO MUCH! You should drink around 1-2 liters a day.

Okay now that you know about water why don’t I tell you about having lemon in your water? Well first of, you should drink a glass of medium temperated water with lemon first thing in the morning! And that’s because it helps your immune system, you get better skin, fresher breath. If you’re addicted to coffee the lemon water can help you stop craving for coffee the minute you wake up.

  • Spinach, it’s good for you inside and out! It’s fresh and tasty, and absolutely the best for your skin! It got vitamin C and E.
  • Kiwi got tons of vitamin C. One kiwi contains about 64 mg C vitamin and that’s about 71 percent of the recommended daily intake for adults.
  • Broccoli has low carbs, tons of vitamins! It’s better to eat cooked broccoli than raw! because when you lay them in a pan of water the broccoli kind of opens up and the vitamins comes out more, and it’s healthier for you.
  • Avocado is good because it’s loaded with lots of healthy fats that burn fat while providing your body with energy.
  • Watermelon is of course full of water (92%) low calories and just so tasty! And it helps to flush out extra water from your body.

Hi and welcome to the first inspo tumblr that actually is “good for your”. We are two girls who find it extremely exhausting and nauseating to sit and scroll thinspo-infinity-tumblrs for hours. So, we’ve stopped with all that and instead we are trying to do something that is good for our bodies. 

We are 18 and 15 and hope to inspire you out there who thinks that you need to starve yourself to look good and to be good enough. That lie is over now.
